Islamic Ruling on Gifting the Wife in Return for Her Good Conduct

❖ Gifting the Wife in Appreciation of Her Good Treatment
If a husband wishes to give a gift or donation (hibah) to his wife during his lifetime in return for her good treatment and service, then:
✔ It is permissible for him to do so.
✔ There is no harm in rewarding the wife for her righteousness, kindness, and care with a gift from the husband’s lawful wealth.
📌 This kind of gifting is considered lawful and commendable as long as it is given willingly and without injustice to others (such as children or co-wives, if applicable).
