21- Is it correct to believe that others besides Allah the Exalted also have authority in the universe?

Whoever holds this belief is a disbeliever, because he has committed shirk in Tawhid al-Rububiyyah (the oneness of Lordship). He is an even greater polytheist than those polytheists who commit shirk in Tawhid al-Uluhiyyah (the oneness of worship).
