It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the servant of any one of you endures the heat and smoke of your food, then make him sit with you and feed him. If he refuses, then take a morsel, affect it, and then give it to him to eat."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A servant should be provided with food and clothing, and he should not be made to work beyond his capacity."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that a man came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said: “I have one dinar.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Spend it on yourself.” He said: “O Messenger of Allah! (What if) I have another?” He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Spend it on your child.” He said: “(What if) I have another?” He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Spend it on your wife.” He said: “(What if) I have another?” He, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Spend it on your servant.” He said: “(What if) I have another?” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Then you know best (what to do) with it.”

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Zaid bin Khalid Al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Shall I not tell you about the best witness? It is the one who gives testimony on his own before being asked."
