Hadith 2993

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، قَالَ: أنا أَشْعَثُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا مِجْلَزٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ، قَالَ: إِنْ دَخَلْتُ دَارَ فُلَانٍ فَامْرَأَتُهُ طَالِقٌ ثَلَاثًا، قُلْتُ: إِلَّا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ، إِلَّا إِنْ يَشَأِ اللَّهُ، قَالَ أَبُو مِجْلَزٍ: «أَلَيْسَ قَدِ اسْتُثْنَى لِيَدْخُلَهَا إِنْ شَاءَ»
Hazrat Abu Majliz (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "If someone says, 'If I enter so-and-so's house, my wife is thrice divorced,' and then adds 'Insha Allah,' then he may enter."
