Chapter: A man who does not attribute himself to singing, nor do people come to him for it nor does he go for it, but he is known to be moved at times and to hum

قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: لَمْ يُسْقِطْ هَذَا شَهَادَتَهُ، وَكَذَلِكَ الْمَرْأَةُ.
Imam al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "This (matter) does not invalidate his testimony, and the same ruling applies to the woman."
