قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: لِأَنَّهَا تُرِيدُ فَسْخَ نِكَاحِهِ، وَعَلَيْهِ الْيَمِينُ.
Imam al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Because she (the woman) wants her marriage to him annulled, and (in this case) the oath is upon him (the husband)."
