أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، وَأَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: "أَهْدَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّةً غَنَمًا".
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: Once, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent goats to the House of Allah as sacrificial animals.
