جماع أَبْوَابِ الْأَوْقَاتِ الَّتِي يُنْهَى عَنْ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ فِيهِنَّ
Chapters on Times when Voluntary Prayers are Prohibited

(572) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، وَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ بِذِكْرِ لَفْظٍ عَامٍّ مُرَادُهُ خَاصٌّ
The chapter on the prohibition of praying after Fajr until sunrise, and after Asr until sunset, with a general phrase meant specifically
2 (574) بَابُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ تَحَرِّي الصَّلَاةِ عِنْدَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَعِنْدَ غُرُوبِهَاThe chapter on the prohibition of praying at sunrise and sunset
3 (575) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ التَّطَوُّعِ نِصْفَ النَّهَارِ حَتَّى تَزُولَ الشَّمْسُThe chapter on the prohibition of voluntary prayer at midday until the sun passes its zenith
4 (576) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ نَهْيَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، وَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ نَهْيٌ خَاصٌّ لَا عَامٌّ،The chapter on the evidence that the Prophet's prohibition of prayer after Fajr and Asr is specific, not general
5 (577) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا دَاوَمَ عَلَى الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ بَعْدَمَا صَلَّاهُمَا مَرَّةً لِفَضْلِ الدَّوَامِ عَلَى الْعَمَلِThe chapter on the evidence that the Prophet continued praying two units after Asr after praying them once, due to the virtue of consistency
6 (578) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْخَبَرِ الْمُفَسِّرِ لِبَعْضِ اللَّفْظَةِ الْمُجْمَلَةِ الَّتِي ذَكَرْتُهَاThe chapter explaining some of the general phrase mentioned
