(572) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، وَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ بِذِكْرِ لَفْظٍ عَامٍّ مُرَادُهُ خَاصٌّ
The chapter on the prohibition of praying after Fajr until sunrise, and after Asr until sunset, with a general phrase meant specifically
2 (573) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ بِقَوْلِهِ: لَا صَلَاةَ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ، وَلَا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ بَعْضَ صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ لَا الْمَكْتُوبَةَ وَجَمِيعَ التَّطَوُّعِThe chapter on the evidence that the Prophet only meant some voluntary prayers, not obligatory or all voluntary prayers, by his prohibition after Fajr and Asr
