Ibn 'Umar (RA) reported: I have not abandoned touching of Yamani corners (and kissing of) the Stone since I saw Allah's messneger (ﷺ) touching them both in hardship and ease.

عَبْدَ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " حَلَقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَحَلَقَ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ ، وَقَصَّرَ بَعْضُهُمْ ، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " رَحِمَ اللَّهُ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ مَرَّةً أَوْ مَرَّتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ " .
'Abdullah reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) got his head shaved (after slaughtering the sacrificial animal on the 10th of Dhu'l-Hijja), and so did a group of Companions, while some of them got their hair clipped.'Abdullah said: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) observed once or twice: "May Allah have mercy upon those who get their heads shaved." And he also said: "Upon those too who got their hair clipped."

Abdullah bin 'Umar (RA) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as having observed: O Allah, have mercy upon those who get their heads shaved. They (the Companions) said: Messenger of Allah, (what about those) who have got their hair clipped? He said: O Allah, have mercy upon those who have got their heads shaved. They (again) said: Allah's Messenger, (what about those) who have got their hair clipped? Thereupon he said: (O Allah, have mercy upon those) who have got their hair clipped.

Ibn 'Umar reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: May Allah have mercy upon those who have got their heads shaved. They said: Messenger of Allah, (what about) those who got their hair clipped? ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَفَاضَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بِمِنًى " ، قَالَ نَافِعٌ : فَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يُفِيضُ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ فَيُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ بِمِنًى وَيَذْكُرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَلَهُ .
Ibn 'Umar (RA) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) observed the circumambulation of Ifada on the Day of Nahr (10th of Dhu'l-Hijja), and then came back and observed the noon prayer at Mina. Nafi' (one of the narrators) said that Ibn 'Umar (RA) used to observe the circumambulation of Ifada on the Day of Nahr, and then return and observe the noon prayer at Mina, and mentioned that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) did that.

Ibn 'Umar (RA) reported that al-'A'bbas bin Abdul Muttalib (RA) sought permission from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) to spend in Makkah the nights (which he was required to spend) at Mina on account of his being a supplier of water, and he (the Holy Prophet) granted him permission.

بِلَالًا حِينَ خَرَجَ مَا صَنَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ قَالَ : " جَعَلَ عَمُودَيْنِ ، عَنْ يَسَارِهِ وَعَمُودًا ، عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَثَلَاثَةَ أَعْمِدَةٍ وَرَاءَهُ ، وَكَانَ الْبَيْتُ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَلَى سِتَّةِ أَعْمِدَةٍ ثُمَّ صَلَّى " .
Ibn 'Umar (RA) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) entered the Ka’bah. Usama, Bilal (RA) and 'Uthman bin Talha, the keeper (of the Ka’bah), were along with him. He closed the door and stayed in it for some time. Ibn 'Umar (RA) said: I asked Bilal (RA) as he came out what Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had done there. He said: He prayed there in (such a position) that two pillars were on his left side, one pillar on his right, and three pillars were behind him, and the House at that time was resting on six pillars.

ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ ، فَنَزَلَ بِفِنَاءِ الْكَعْبَةِ ، وَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، فَجَاءَ بِالْمِفْتَحِ ، فَفَتَحَ الْبَابَ ، قَالَ : ثُمَّ دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَبِلَالٌ ، وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ ، وَأَمَرَ بِالْبَابِ فَأُغْلِقَ ، فَلَبِثُوا فِيهِ مَلِيًّا ، ثُمَّ فَتَحَ الْبَابَ ، فقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ : فَبَادَرْتُ النَّاسَ ، فَتَلَقَّيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَارِجًا ، وَبِلَالٌ عَلَى إِثْرِهِ ، فَقُلْتُ
لِبِلَالٍ : " هَلْ صَلَّى فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، قُلْتُ ، أَيْنَ ؟ قَالَ : " بَيْنَ الْعَمُودَيْنِ تِلْقَاءَ وَجْهِهِ " ، قَالَ : وَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أَسْأَلَهُ كَمْ صَلَّى ،
Ibn 'Umar (RA) reported: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came on the Day of Victory, and got down in the courtyard of the Ka’bah and he sent (a message) for 'Uthman bin Talha (RA) . He came with the key and opened the door. Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) then entered therein and Bilal (RA) , Usama bin Zaid, and 'Uthman bin Talha (along with him), and then commanded the door to be closed. They stayed there for a considerable time, and then the door was opened, and'Abdullah said: I was the first to meet Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) outside (the Ka’bah), and Bilal (RA) was close behind him. I said to Bilal (RA) : Did Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) observe prayer therein? He said: Yes. I said: Where? He said: Between the two pillars in front of his face. He said: I forgot to ask him as to the number of rakahs he prayed.

ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : أَقْبَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ عَلَى نَاقَةٍ لِأُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ حَتَّى أَنَاخَ بِفِنَاءِ الْكَعْبَةِ ، ثُمَّ دَعَا عُثْمَانَ بْنَ طَلْحَةَ ، فقَالَ : " ائْتِنِي بِالْمِفْتَاحِ " ، فَذَهَبَ إِلَى أُمِّهِ ، فَأَبَتْ أَنْ تُعْطِيَهُ ، فقَالَ : وَاللَّهِ لَتُعْطِينِهِ أَوْ لَيَخْرُجَنَّ هَذَا السَّيْفُ مِنْ صُلْبِي ، قَالَ : فَأَعْطَتْهُ إِيَّاهُ ، فَجَاءَ بِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَدَفَعَهُ إِلَيْهِ ، فَفَتَحَ الْبَابَ ، ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ .
Ibn 'Umar (RA) reported: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came during the year of Victory on the she-camel of Usama bin Zaid until he made her kneel down in the courtyard of the Ka’bah (and got down). He then sent for 'Uthman bin Talha and said: Bring me the key. He went to his mother and she refused to give that to him. He said: By Allah, give that to him or this sword would be thrust into my side. So she gave that to him, and he came with that to Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) and gave that to him, and he opened the door. The rest of the hadith is the same as the above one.

Then it was opened and I was the first to enter the House and meet Bilal (RA) , and I said: Where did Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) observe prayer? He said: Between these two front pillars. I, however, forgot to ask him the number of rak'ahs that he observed.

'Abdullah bin 'Umar (RA) reported that he reached the Ka’bah and Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) had entered therein, and Bilal (RA) and Usama too. 'Uthman bin Talha closed the door for them, and they stayed there for a considerable time, and then the door was opened and Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) came out, and I went upstairs and entered the House and said: Where did Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) observe prayer? They said: At this very place. I, however, forgot to ask them about the (number of) rak'ahs that he observed.

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her), wife of Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) , heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: If your people, had not been recent converts to Islam, I would have spent the treasure of the Ka’bah in the way of Allah and would have constructed its door just on the level of the ground and would have encompassed in it the space of Hijr.

Abdullah bin 'Umar reported that whenever Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came back from the battle or from expeditions or from Hajj or 'Umrah and as he reached the top of the hillock or upon the elevated hard ground, he uttered Allah-o-Akbar thrice, and then said: There is no god but Allah. He is One, there is no partner with Him, His is the sovereignty and His is the praise and He is Potent over everything. (We are) returning, repenting, worshipping, prostrating before our Lord, and we praise Him Allah fulfilled His promise and helped His servant, and routed the confederates Alone.

مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، تُسَلِّمُ عَلَيْهَا فَأَخْبَرَتْهَا ذَلِكَ ، فقَالَت : اجْلِسِي فَكُلِي مَا صَنَعْتِ ، وَصَلِّي فِي مَسْجِدِ الرَّسُولِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " صَلَاةٌ فِيهِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ مِنَ الْمَسَاجِدِ ، إِلَّا مَسْجِدَ الْكَعْبَةِ " .
Ibn Abbas (RA) reported that a woman fell ill and she said: In case Allah cures me I will certainly go and observe prayer in Bait al-Maqdis. She recovered and so she made preparations to go out (to that place). She came to Maimuna. the wife of Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) , and after greeting her she informed her about it, whereupon she said: Stay here and eat the provision (which you had made) and observe prayer in the mosque of the Messenger (ﷺ) , for I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say: Prayer in it is better than a thousand prayers observed in other mosques except the mosque of the Ka’bah.

نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُزَوِّجَ طَلْحَةَ بْنَ عُمَرَ بِنْتَ شَيْبَةَ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ : فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ يَحْضُرُ ذَلِكَ ، وَهُوَ أَمِيرُ الْحَجِّ ، فقَالَ
أَبَانُ ، سَمِعْتُ
عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يَنْكِحُ الْمُحْرِمُ ، وَلَا يُنْكَح ، ولَا يَخْطُبُ " .
Nubaih bin Wahb reported that 'Umar bin Ubaidullah intended to marry Talha bin 'Umar with the daughter of Shaiba bin Jubair; so he sent a messenger to Aban bin 'Uthman to attend the marriage, and he was at that time the Amir of Hajj. Aban said: I heard 'Uthman bin 'Affan say that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had stated: A Muhrim must neither marry himself, nor arrange the marriage of another one, nor should he make the proposal of marriage.

Nubaih bin Wahb reported: Umar bin Ubaidullah bin Ma'mar sent me to Aban bin 'Uthman as he wanted to make the proposal of the marriage of his son with the daughter of Shaiba bin 'Uthman. He (Aban bin 'Uthman) was at that time (busy) in the season of Pilgrimage. He said: I deem him to be a man of the desert (for it is a common thing) that a Muhrim can neither marry, nor is he allowed to be married to anyone. It is 'Uthman (b. Affan) who reported this to us from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) .

يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : قَرَأْتُ عَلَى
مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ
نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ
ابْنِ عُمَرَ : " أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ الشِّغَارِ وَالشِّغَارُ : أَنْ يُزَوِّجَ الرَّجُلُ ابْنَتَهُ ، عَلَى أَنْ يُزَوِّجَهُ ابْنَتَهُ ، وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا صَدَاقٌ " ،
Ibn 'Umar (RA) said that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) prohibited Shighar which means that a man gives his daughter in marriage on the condition that the other gives his daughter to him in marriage without any dower being paid by either.
