It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no prophet or ruler who does not have two types of advisors—one group commands him to do good, and the other group (in playing its role in his misfortune) leaves no stone unturned. Whoever is saved from the evil of both is protected, and whoever is dominated by one group will be counted among them.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on the day after Yawm al-Nahr (the 11th of Dhul-Hijjah), while he was still in Mina, said: "Tomorrow (inshaAllah) we will camp at Khayf Bani Kinana, where the Quraysh had sworn oaths of disbelief." What was meant was the valley of Muhassab. In fact, the incident was that the Quraysh and Banu Kinana had made an agreement against Banu Hashim and Banu Abdul Muttalib that the Quraysh and Banu Kinana would not intermarry with them nor buy or sell with them until they handed over the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to them.
Hadith 7241
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah Almighty says, "The most beloved of My servants to Me is the one who hastens to break the fast after the time of iftar has arrived."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Allah granted victory over Makkah at the blessed hand of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up to deliver a sermon. After praising and glorifying Allah, he said: Allah kept the elephants away from Makkah and granted authority over it to His Messenger and the believers. For me, fighting in it was made lawful for a part of the day, after which it is forbidden until the Day of Resurrection. Its trees are not to be cut, its game is not to be frightened, and picking up a lost item from here is not lawful for anyone except for the one who announces it. And if someone’s relative is killed, he has the choice of two things, whichever he considers better for himself: either to take blood money or to kill the murderer in retaliation.
Upon hearing this sermon, a man from Yemen stood up whose name was Abu Shah and said, “O Messenger of Allah! Please write this sermon for me.” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) to write this sermon and give it to Abu Shah. Meanwhile, Hazrat Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) also stood up and said, “O Messenger of Allah! Please make an exception for the Idhkhir grass, as we use it in our graves and houses.” So the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) made it an exception.
The narrator says: I asked Imam Awza’i (may Allah have mercy on him), “What is meant by ‘write and give it to Abu Shah’? What would they write for him?” He replied: The meaning of this sentence is that they should write for Abu Shah the sermon which he had heard. Also, Abdullah, the son of Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him), says: There is no hadith more authentic than this regarding the permission to write hadith, because the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) himself ordered the companions (may Allah be pleased with them) to write that sermon.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Hazrat Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) submitted in the court of the Messenger: O Messenger of Allah, the wealthy have taken away heaps of reward and virtue; just as we pray, they also pray; just as we fast, they also fast; and they have extra wealth which they give in charity, whereas we do not have enough money to give in charity? The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: Shall I not tell you such words that if you act upon them, you will reach those who have surpassed you, and no one will be able to reach your rank, except someone who does the same as you? He submitted: Why not, O Messenger of Allah! The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: After every prayer, recite Allahu Akbar thirty-three times, Subhan Allah thirty-three times, Alhamdulillah thirty-three times, and at the end say: La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul mulk wa lahul hamd wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadeer.

Seize the tribe of Mudar with a severe punishment and inflict upon them a famine like that in the time of Yusuf (peace be upon him).

In fact, he wanted to present a request before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) not to attribute the lineage of the child to himself. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked him, "Do you have camels?" He said, "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "What is their color?" He said, "Red." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "Is there any gray-colored camel among them?" He said, "Yes, there is a gray-colored camel among them." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "How did the gray-colored camel come among the red camels?" He said, "Perhaps some vein has drawn this color." It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led us in a prayer—we think it was the Fajr prayer. After finishing the prayer, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "Did any of you recite (Qur'an)?" One man said, "I recited." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "That is why I was wondering why there was a dispute with me in the Qur'an." Imam Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that after this, people stopped reciting behind the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the audible prayers. The narrator of the hadith, Sufyan, says that this last sentence remained hidden from me (I could not hear it).

Abdur Rahman A'raj, may Allah have mercy on him, says that once I heard Hazrat Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, saying: "You people think that Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates many hadiths from the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. (Allah has promised to gather everyone before Him; I was just a poor man) and in order to get enough food to fill my stomach, I used to stay close to the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. (I would get enough food there to fill my stomach, and then I would spend the whole day in the presence of the Prophet.) While the Muhajirun were busy trading in the markets and bazaars, and the Ansari companions were occupied with looking after their wealth and gardens. Once, I was present in the gathering of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said: 'Who is there who will spread his cloak (for me to sit on) until my speech is finished, and then wrap it around himself? Then he will never forget any word he hears from me.' So I spread the cloak that I was wearing. When the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, finished his speech, I wrapped it around myself. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, after that day, I never forgot anything I heard from the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him."
