Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, he said: I heard Ubaydullah ibn Umar, and Malik ibn Anas informed us, from Talhah ibn Abd al-Malik, from al-Qasim, from Aisha, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, similarly. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: This is a rare hadith from Yahya ibn Sa'id; I have not heard it except from my father, from Ibn Numayr and Talhah ibn Abd al-Malik, a man from the people of Aylah. Abu Abd al-Rahman said: The hadith scholars said: This is not in Kufa; rather, this is from Ibn Numayr, from Ubaydullah, meaning al-Umari. So I said to them: Go to Abu Khaythamah, for their hearing in Kufa is only from Ibn Numayr. So they went and found him.

She said, "Rifa’ah has given me an irrevocable divorce, after which Abdur Rahman bin Zubair married me." Then she held a corner of her sheet and said, "He only has a corner like this." At that time, Khalid bin Saeed bin Aas was present at the door of the house; he was not allowed to enter, so he said from outside, "Abu Bakr! Why do you not stop this woman from speaking in such an exaggerated manner before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?" However, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) only smiled and then said, "Perhaps you wish to return to Rifa’ah? But this cannot happen until you taste his honey and he tastes your honey."

At the order of Hazrat Hafsa (may Allah be pleased with her), her tent was also set up. Seeing this, Hazrat Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her) also ordered her tent to be set up. So whoever performs Hajj of the House or Umrah, there is no sin upon him if he walks between them." Does this mean that if a person does not perform Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, there is no sin upon him? Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) replied, "Nephew! You have said something incorrect. If the verse meant what you have stated, then the verse would have been: 'there is no sin upon him if he does not walk between them.' In fact, the reason for the revelation of this verse is that before accepting Islam, people used to enter into Ihram for 'Manat' and worshipped it near Mushall. And whoever entered into Ihram considered Sa'i between Safa and Marwah to be a sin. Then they asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), 'O Messenger of Allah! In the days of ignorance, people used to consider Sa'i between Safa and Marwah a sin. What is its ruling now?' Upon this, Allah revealed this verse, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) established the practice of Sa'i between Safa and Marwah through his Sunnah. Therefore, now it is not correct for anyone to leave Sa'i between Safa and Marwah."

Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, he said: Hisham informed us, from Ibn Sirin, from Abdullah ibn Shaqiq, he said: I asked Aisha about the prayer of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him? She said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when he prayed standing," and then she mentioned the meaning of the hadith of Muhammad ibn Salamah.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that one day Hazrat Sahla came and said, "O Messenger of Allah! We used to consider Salim as our son, he lived with me and Abu Hudhaifa and used to see my private matters. Now Allah has revealed the command regarding adopted sons, which you also know." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Give him your milk to drink, you will become unlawful for him."
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the illness of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) began in the house of Hazrat Maymunah. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sought permission from his noble wives to spend the days of his illness in my house, and all of them granted permission. Thus, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out from there supported by Hazrat Abbas and another man (according to the narrator, he was Hazrat Ali, but Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) did not consider it necessary to mention his name). At that time, the blessed feet of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) were dragging on the ground as he walked.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once, during his final illness, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Pour water from seven such water skins over me whose mouths have not been opened, perhaps I may feel some relief, so that I may advise the people." So we seated the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in a brass tub that was with Hazrat Hafsa (may Allah be pleased with her), and began to pour water from those water skins over the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) until he began to signal to us to stop. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out.
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) and Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) fell ill with his final illness, he would repeatedly cover his blessed face with a sheet, and when he felt discomfort, he would remove the sheet from his face. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was saying, "May Allah curse the Jews and Christians; they made the graves of their prophets places of prostration." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that in fact, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was warning people against their actions so that they would not fall into the same practice.
Narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to my house, he said, "Tell Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer." Hazrat Aisha submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! Abu Bakr is a soft-hearted man; he will not be able to control his tears, because whenever Abu Bakr recites the Holy Qur'an, he starts weeping." And I said this only so that people would not start saying about Abu Bakr that he was the first man to stand in the place of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and thus become sinful. But the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) again said, "Tell Abu Bakr to lead the people in prayer." When I repeated it, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the same order and said, "You are like the women who were infatuated with Yusuf (Joseph) (who concealed something in their hearts and expressed something else with their tongues)."
