Hadith 23240
It is narrated from Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I prayed with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would say "Subhana Rabbiyal Azeem" in his bowing (ruku) and "Subhana Rabbiyal A'la" in his prostration (sajda). Whenever he passed by a verse of mercy, he would pause and supplicate, and whenever he passed by a verse of punishment, he would pause and seek refuge from it.

Once, in the same manner, we were participating in a meal with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Meanwhile, a slave girl came, and it seemed as if someone was pushing her; she was about to put her hand into the food when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) caught her hand. Then a Bedouin came, and it seemed as if someone was pushing him; he was about to put his hand into the food when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) caught his hand as well. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the name of Allah is not mentioned over the food, Satan considers it lawful for himself. So, first, he came with this slave girl so that he could make the food lawful for himself, but I caught her hand. Then he came with this Bedouin so that through him he could make the food lawful for himself, but I caught his hand as well. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), mentioning the removal of trustworthiness, said: A man will sleep, and trustworthiness will be taken out from his heart, and only a trace the size of a dot will remain in his heart. Then, when he sleeps again, the remainder of trustworthiness will also be taken out from his heart, and it will be left like a blister on a person's foot; you will throw a burning coal on it, and it will appear swollen to you, but there will be nothing inside it. Then Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) took some pebbles and rolled them over his foot to demonstrate. After that, people will engage in buying and selling with one another, but there will not be anyone who fulfills trust, to the extent that it will be said: There is a trustworthy man among the sons of so-and-so. Likewise, it will be said: How strong and wise he is, even though there will not be faith in his heart equal to a mustard seed. And a time passed over me when I did not care with whom I did business, for if he was a Muslim, he would return it to me on account of his religion, and if he was a Christian or a Jew, he would return it to me on account of his governor. But now, I only do business with such-and-such person.

It is narrated from Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I prayed with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) began Surah Al-Baqarah. When he reached one hundred verses, I thought that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would now bow (ruku‘), but the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) continued reciting until he reached two hundred verses. I thought that perhaps now he would bow, but the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) continued reciting until he completed it. Then the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) began Surah An-Nisa’ and, after reciting it, performed ruku‘. In his ruku‘, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) kept saying "Subhana Rabbiyal ‘Azim" and in his prostration "Subhana Rabbiyal A‘la". Whenever he passed by a verse of mercy, he would pause and supplicate, and whenever he passed by a verse of punishment, he would pause and seek refuge from it.
Hadith 23262
It is narrated from several Tabi'een that once Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) came to us while we were talking, and he said: "You people are saying things which, in the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), we used to consider as 'hypocrisy'."
Hadith 23263
It is narrated from Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that whoever sits in the middle of a circle has been declared accursed by the tongue of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

Hadith 23266
It is narrated from Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that after those tents, there were no tents left like the ones that were with the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) at Badr, and no one's defense was like their defense. It is narrated from Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I know more about what will happen with the Dajjal than even he does. He will have with him two flowing rivers, one of which will appear to be white water and the other will appear to be blazing fire. If any of you encounters that time, he should enter the river which appears to him as fire, and immerse himself in it, then lower his head and drink its water, for it will be cool water. And the Dajjal’s left eye will be wiped out, over it will be a thick piece of skin, and between his two eyes will be written "Kafir" (disbeliever), which every literate and illiterate Muslim will be able to read.
