Hadith 38943
٣٨٩٤٣ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين عن سفيان عن أبي قيس عن هزيل عن عبد اللَّه قال: لعن النبي ﷺ (المحلل) (١) والمحلل له (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who performs Halala and the one for whom Halala is performed.
Hadith 38944
٣٨٩٤٤ - (حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن المسيب بن رافع عن قبيصة بن) (١) جابر قال: قال عمر: لا أوتى (بمحل) (٢) ولا محلل له إلا رجمتهما (٣).
Hazrat Qabeesah bin Jabir narrates that Hazrat Umar said: If anyone who performs Halalah or for whom Halalah is performed is brought to me, I will stone him to death.
Hadith 38945
٣٨٩٤٥ - حدثنا ابن علية عن خالد الحذاء عن أبي معشر عن رجل عن ابن عمر قال: لعن اللَّه (المحلل) (١) والمحلل له (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that Allah Almighty has cursed the one who performs Halalah and the one for whom it is performed.
Hadith 38946
٣٨٩٤٦ - حدثنا ابن نمير عن (مجالد) (١) عن عامر عن (جابر) (٢) بن عبد اللَّه عن علي قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: " (لعن اللَّه) (٣) (المحلل) (٤) والمحلل له" (٥).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty curses the one who performs Halalah and the one for whom it is performed.
Hadith 38947
٣٨٩٤٧ - [حدثنا عائذ بن حبيب عن أشعث عن ابن سيرين قال: لعن اللَّه (المحلَّ) (١) والمحلل له] (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Sirin says that Allah Almighty curses the one who performs Halalah and the one for whom Halalah is performed. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's statement is mentioned that: When a man marries a woman with the intention of Halalah, and then the man becomes inclined towards the woman, there is no harm in keeping her with him.
