Hadith 38900
٣٨٩٠٠ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن السدي عن يحيى بن عباد عن أنس بن مالك أن أيتاما ورثوا خمرا، فسأل أبو طلحة النبي ﷺ أن يجعله (خلا) (١) قال: "لا" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that some orphan children inherited wine, so Hazrat Abu Talha asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about turning it into vinegar: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: There is no harm in it.
