Hadith 35452
٣٥٤٥٢ - حدثنا ابن علية عن ابن عون قال: كتبت إلى نافع أسأله عن الرجل يكون في سرية تحمل بغير إذن أميره، فكتب أنه لا يغيره إذن أميره.
Hazrat Ibn Aun states that I wrote to Hazrat Nafi' and asked him: May a person leave Sirya without the permission of the Amir? He wrote in reply: The Amir's command regarding this has not been changed.
Hadith 35453
٣٥٤٥٣ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن هشام بن حسان قال: إذا التقى الزحفان فليس للرجل أن يحمل بغير إذن إمامه.
Hazrat Hisham bin Hassan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when two armies face each other (advance towards each other), no person is permitted to mount (ride out) without the permission of the commander.
