Hadith 34486
Hazrat Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Hazrat Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him): Indeed, I have been commanded to recite the Qur'an to you. He (may Allah be pleased with him) asked: Did my Lord mention me? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: Yes! He (may Allah be pleased with him) says, whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited any verse to me, I would repeat it before him.
Hadith 34487
Hazrat Ubayy (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I have been commanded to recite the Qur'an to you. I asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), was my name mentioned? He (peace be upon him) replied: Yes! Hazrat Ubayy (may Allah be pleased with him) said: So, with the grace of Allah and His mercy, because of this, they should rejoice. And in the recitation of Hazrat Ubayy, it is: so you rejoice. Instead of "fal-yafrahu" it is "faltarfahu".
