Regarding a Christian Whose Heir Is a Jew, and a Jew Whose Heir Is a Christian
Hadith 33589
٣٣٥٨٩ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن رجل عن الحسن قال: لا يرث اليهودي النصراني، ولا يرث النصراني اليهودي.
Sufyan narrates from a man the statement of Hasan that a Jew cannot inherit from a Christian, nor can a Christian inherit from a Jew.

٣٣٥٩٠ - حدثنا وكيع قال: (قال) (١) (٢) سفيان: الإسلام ملة، والشرك ملة.
Waki’ narrates that Hazrat Sufyan said: Islam is one community, and disbelief is one community.
