Hadith 33487
٣٣٤٨٧ - حدثنا عبد السلام عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم (قال: ميراث) (١) اللقيط بمنزلة اللقطة.
Mughira narrates the statement of Ibrahim that the ruling regarding the inheritance of a child found on the road is the same as that of wealth found on the road.
Hadith 33488
٣٣٤٨٨ - حدثنا عبد السلام عن الحارث بن (حصيرة) (١) عن زيد بن وهب قال: لما (رجم) (٢) علي المرأة، قال لأهلها: هذا ابنكم ترثونه ولا (٣) يرثكم، وإن (جنى جناية) (٤) فعليكم (٥).
Zaid bin Wahb narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) stoned a woman, and then said to the heirs of that woman: "This is your son; you will be his heirs and he will be your heir, and if he commits any crime, its compensation will be upon you."
Hadith 33489
٣٣٤٨٩ - حدثنا عباد (بن العوام) (١) عن محمد بن سالم عن الشعبي عن علي وعبد اللَّه في ابن الملاعنة أمه عصبته، وعصبتها عصبته، وولد الزنا بمنزلته (٢).
Shu'bi narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the son of the woman who performed li'an that his mother and his mother's 'asaba are his 'asaba, and the ruling for the child of adultery (illegitimate) is the same.
Hadith 33490
٣٣٤٩٠ - حدثنا عباد عن عمر بن عامر عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: ميراثه كله لأمه يعني ابن الملاعنة، ويعقل (عنه) (١) عصبتها، وكذلك ولد الزنا، وولد النصراني وأمه مسلمة.
Hammad narrates that Ibrahim said: All the inheritance of the son of the woman who performs li'an belongs to his mother, and the compensation for his crime will be paid by his 'asaba, and the same ruling applies to an illegitimate child, and to the child of a Christian whose mother is Muslim.
Hadith 33491
٣٣٤٩١ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: ولد الملاعنة وولد الزنا يتوارثان من قبل الأم.
Muammar narrates that Zuhri said: The son of the woman who performs li'an and the illegitimate child, both will inherit from the relatives on their mother's side.
Hadith 33492
٣٣٤٩٢ - حدثنا حفص عن (عمرو) (١) عن الحسن قال: ولد الزنا بمنزلة ابن الملاعنة، أو ابن الملاعنة بمنزلة ولد الزنا.
Amr narrates that Hasan said: The ruling for a child born out of fornication is the same as the ruling for the son of a woman who has undergone li'an, or he said: The ruling for the son of a woman who has undergone li'an is the same as that for a child born out of fornication.
Hadith 33493
٣٣٤٩٣ - حدثنا وكيع عن الأشعث عن الشعبي قال: كتب هشام بن هبيرة إلى شريح يسأله عن ميراث ولد الزنا، فكتب إليه: ارفعه إلى السلطان (فليلِ) (١) حزونته وسهولته.
Sha'bi narrates that Ibn Hubayrah asked Hazrat Shurayh via letter about the inheritance of a child born out of wedlock, so he replied that his matter should be referred to the ruler so that he may provide for him.
Hadith 33494
٣٣٤٩٤ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن إبراهيم عن الحسن بن الحارث عن الحكم قال: ولد الزنا وولد (المتلاعنين) (١) ترثهما أمهما وأخوالهما.
Hasan bin Harr narrates the statement of Hazrat Hakam that the mother of those who are born of fornication and those who curse (declare li'an) and her maternal relatives will be their heirs.
