Hadith 33462
٣٣٤٦٢ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا حمزة الزيات عن رجل يقال له: عمر عن الشعبي في ابن ملاعنة مات وترك خاله وخالته قال: المال للخال.
Umar narrates the statement of Hazrat Sha’bi that if the son of a woman who has performed li’an dies and leaves behind his maternal uncle and maternal aunt, all his wealth will be given to the maternal uncle.
Hadith 33463
٣٣٤٦٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا وكيع قال: قال حمزة: وكان ابن أبي ليلى يقول: للخال الثلثان، وللخالة الثلث.
Hamzah narrates that Hazrat Ibn Abi Layla used to say that the maternal uncle is entitled to two-thirds of the wealth and the maternal aunt to one-third of the wealth.
