Hadith 33451
٣٣٤٥١ - حدثنا محمد بن بشر قال: ثنا سعيد عن قتادة عن علي وزيد في ابن الملاعنة قالا: الثلث لأمه، وما بقي في بيت المال (١).
Qatadah narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the son of the woman who performed li'an that one third of the wealth is for his mother and the remaining wealth will be kept in the treasury (Bayt al-Mal).
Hadith 33452
٣٣٤٥٢ - حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن الزهري (قال) (١): ترثه ميراثها، وبقيته في بيت المال.
Awza'i narrates that Hazrat Zuhri said: The woman who performs li'an will inherit her share from her son, and the remaining wealth will be placed in the Bayt al-Mal (public treasury).
Hadith 33453
٣٣٤٥٣ - حدثنا معن بن عيسى عن مالك بن أنس عن عروة في ابن الملاعنة وولد الزنا: إذا مات ورثته أمه حقها في كتاب اللَّه، وإخوته لأمه حقوقهم، وكان ما بقي للمسلمين.
Malik bin Anas narrates from Hazrat Urwah that when the son of the woman who performed li'an and the child of adultery die, their mother will inherit from them the share that has been stated by Allah in the Book, and their maternal brothers will inherit their shares, and the remainder of the wealth is for the Muslims.
Hadith 33454
٣٣٤٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا (١) عيسى (عن) (٢) مالك أنه بلغه عن سليمان ابن يسار مثلُ ذلك.
Hazrat Malik says that this same thing has also reached me from Sulaiman bin Yasar, may Allah have mercy on him.
