Regarding Those Who Say That One Who Is Not an Heir Should Not Receive a Share
Hadith 33274
٣٣٢٧٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن مغيرة قال: قال إبراهيم: قال علي: (لا) (١) يضرب بسهم من لا يرث (٢).
Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) stated: Whoever is not an heir, no share will be allotted to him.
Hadith 33275
٣٣٢٧٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: كان يقال: ذو السهم أحق ممن لا سهم له.
Ibrahim says that it was said that the shareholder has more right than the one who does not have a specified share.
Hadith 33276
٣٣٢٧٦ - قال وكيع: وقال غير سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل مات وترك أختين لأب وأختين لأب وأم، قال: كان يقال: ذو السهم أحق ممن لا سهم له.
Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said regarding the man who, at the time of his death, left behind two paternal sisters and two full sisters, that it was said: The one who is entitled to a share has more right than the one who is not entitled to a share.
