Hadith 32779
٣٢٧٧٩ - (١) حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة (٢) عن إبراهيم في رجل أوصى لرجل بثلث ماله، وأفاد مالًا قبل أن يموت ثم مات، قال: له الثلث الذي أوصى له، وله ثلث ما أفاد.
It is narrated from Ibrahim regarding the man who makes a will for one third of his wealth for someone, and then before dying his wealth increases, and then he dies: He said, the person for whom the will was made is entitled to one third of the original wealth and also one third of the newly acquired wealth.
Hadith 32780
٣٢٧٨٠ - (١) حدثنا حفص عن سعيد عن قتادة عن خلاس عن علي في رجل أوصى بثلث ماله وقتل خطأ، قال: الثلث داخل في ديته (٢).
Khallas narrates from Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that regarding the man who made a will for one third of his wealth and was then killed by mistake, he said: The bequest of one third will also be taken from his blood money.
Hadith 32781
٣٢٧٨١ - حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن أبي إسحاق عن الحارث عن علي قال: له ثلث ماله، (وثلث ديته) (١) (٢).
Harith narrates the statement of Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the person will be given one-third of the bequeather’s property and also one-third of his blood money.
Hadith 32782
٣٢٧٨٢ - حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن في الرجل (إذا) (١) ⦗١٧٩⦘ أوصى بثلث ماله (فقتل) (٢) خطأ، قال: يدخل ثلث الدية في ثلث ماله.
It is narrated from Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the man who made a will for one third of his wealth and was then killed by mistake, he said: One third of the blood money will be included in one third of his wealth.
Hadith 32783
٣٢٧٨٣ - حدثنا عباد عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال: أهل الوصية شركاء في الوصية، إن زادت وإن نقصت.
Ash'ath narrates from Hazrat Sha'bi, who said: The heirs of the will shall share in the property of the will, whether it increases or decreases. Ash'ath says that when I related this to Muhammad bin Sirin, he approved of it.
Hadith 32785
٣٢٧٨٥ - حدثنا زيد بن الحباب عن ابن لهيعة عن يزيد بن أبي حبيب عن عمر ابن عبد العزيز في رجل أوصى لرجل بوصية ثم جاءه مال أو أفاد مالًا، قال: لا يدخل (فيه) (١).
Yazid bin Abi Habib narrates from Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding the man who made a bequest for someone, then later acquired wealth; he said that the additional wealth will not be included in that bequest.
