Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Khalid narrates that Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid said regarding the person who has intercourse with his mahram: He said, he will be executed.

Hazrat Ikrimah narrates that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: Kill every person who has intercourse with his mahram.

Hazrat Bara bin Azib narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a messenger to a man who had married his father's wife. The Prophet ordered that he should bring his (the man's) head.

Hazrat Adi bin Thabit narrates that Hazrat Bara said: I met my maternal uncle while he had a flag with him. I asked him about this, so he said: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has sent me to a man who has married his father's wife, that I should kill him or behead him.

Hazrat Bakr narrates that a man was brought before Hajjaj who had committed adultery with his daughter. Hajjaj said: I do not understand in what manner I should execute him? And he intended to crucify him. Then Hazrat Abdullah bin Mutarrif and Hazrat Abu Burdah said to him: Allah has granted this Ummah the covering of faults. The preferred trial is that which Islam has covered; you should simply kill him. He said: Both of you have spoken the truth. So, by his order, the man was executed.

Hazrat Hafs says that I asked Hazrat Amr, what did Hasan Basri used to say about the person who knowingly marries his mahram? He replied: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on him.
