Hadith 19120
١٩١٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حميد بن عبد الرحمن (عن) (١) زهير (عن جابر) (٢) عن عامر عن مسروق عن عبد اللَّه قال: سكوتها رضى بالزوج إذا خيّرها فسكتت (٣).
Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that if a man gives his wife the right of choice and she remains silent, then her silence is a sign of her consent to remain with her husband.
Hadith 19121
١٩١٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا (حميد) (١) عن حسن عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: سكوتها رضى بالزوج.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man gives his wife the choice (regarding separation), and she remains silent, then her silence is a sign of her consent to remain with her husband.
