Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man gives his wife one or two divorces before consummation, and then has intercourse with her thinking that the right of revocation still remains, the woman will receive the dowry and separation will be established between them.

Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dowry. Because the man has had intercourse with the woman.

Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dower.

Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dowry.

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then that woman will receive the full dowry and half.

Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then, thinking that he has the right to take her back, has intercourse with her, then separation will be enforced between the two and the woman will receive the full dowry.

Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dowry and half. And Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that she will receive the full dowry.

Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man gives his wife three divorces, then due to ignorance has intercourse with her, the woman will receive the full dowry.

Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then, thinking that he has the right to take her back, has intercourse with her, then the woman will receive the full dowry and half.

Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then that woman will receive the full dowry and half as well.

Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: If a man divorces his wife before touching her, and it is said to him that she has not become forbidden for you, and then he has intercourse with her on the basis of the first marriage, and the woman stays with the man for two years and gives birth to children, then they come to know that this woman had actually become forbidden for this man—what is the ruling? Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (may Allah have mercy on him) replied: Separation will be established between the two; the man will give the woman half the dowry due to the first marriage, and the full dowry due to intercourse and consummation.

Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a man divorces his wife (before consummation) and then has intercourse with her thinking that he has the right to take her back, then the woman will receive the full dower.
