Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Ibrahim says that there is no specific or prescribed supplication for Safa and Marwah; supplicate as your heart desires.

Hazrat Ata says that we did not hear any specific or prescribed supplication for Safa and Marwah.

Hazrat Qasim says that there is no specific supplication for Safa and Marwah; you may supplicate as you wish and ask Allah for whatever you desire.

Hazrat Ikrimah bin Khalid Al-Makhzumi states that I do not know whether there is any specific supplication for Safa and Marwah or not.

Hazrat Umar climbed the Safa hill and faced the Ka'bah, and recited seven takbirs, and between every two takbirs he praised Allah, sent blessings upon the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and supplicated for himself, and then did the same on the Marwah hill.

It is narrated from Hazrat Nafi‘ that when Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) would ascend Safa, he would face the Ka‘bah, then recite takbeer three times, and then recite this supplication: La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu, wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadeer, raising his voice, and then make a brief supplication. Then he would do the same at Marwah, until in seven rounds he would do this seven times, thus making twenty-one takbeers. He would not even be close to finishing when we would already be tired, even though we were young.

Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair says that a person should stand on Safa and Marwah for as long as it takes to recite Surah Muhammad.

Hazrat Hakam said to Ibrahim: I saw Hazrat Abu Bakr bin Abdur Rahman bin Harith standing on Safa for as long as it takes a person to recite one hundred and twenty verses, even though he was also a jurist.

It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) started from Safa and ascended it, and with these words proclaimed the oneness and greatness of Allah: There is no god but Allah. He is alone. He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things. There is no one worthy of worship except Allah. He is alone, He fulfilled His promise, helped His servant, and alone defeated the groups. Then he supplicated between them, and did this three times. Then he descended towards Marwah until our feet began to flow like water in the valley, until we reached Marwah while walking, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did on Marwah the same as he had done on Safa.
