Hadith 14688
١٤٦٨٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن (المبارك) (١) عن هشام عن الحسن في الرجل يحج فيموت قبل أن يقضي نسكه، قال: يُقضى عنه ما بقي (من) (٢) نسكه.
Hasan says regarding the person who dies before completing the rites of Hajj, he says that the remaining rites should be completed on his behalf.
Hadith 14689
١٤٦٨٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (حدثنا) (١) ابن مهدي عن سفيان عن أبي نهيك قال: سألت طاوسًا عن امرأة توفيت وقد بقي عليها من نسكها، قال: يقضى عنها.
Hazrat Abu Nahik reports that I asked Hazrat Tawus, "A woman has passed away and some rites of Hajj were still due upon her?" He replied, "They will be performed on her behalf." I asked Hazrat Qasim about this matter. He replied, "As for what Hazrat Tawus has said, I have no knowledge about it (because) Allah the Exalted says that { لَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَۃٌ وِّزْرَ اُخْرٰی }."
Hadith 14690
١٤٦٩٠ - وسألت القاسم فقال: لا علم لي بما قال طاوس، قال اللَّه (تعالى) (١) ﴿وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى﴾ [فاطر: ١٨].
14690 - And I asked Al-Qasim, and he said: I have no knowledge of what Tawus said. Allah (the Exalted) said: "And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another." [فاطر: ١٨].
