من حلف على طعام أيأكل ثمنه؟
If someone swears not to eat food, can he eat its price (money from its sale)?
Hadith 13050
١٣٠٥٠ - حدثنا (عبيد اللَّه) (١) عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر في الرجل يحلف (لا) (٢) يأكل من هذا الطعام فيبيعه، [قال: يأكل ثمنه ويشتري به.
Hazrat Aamir was asked if a person swears that he will not eat this food, can he then sell it? He replied that he can sell it and eat its price, and he can also buy something with it.
Hadith 13051
١٣٠٥١ - حدثنا عبيد اللَّه عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن حماد (عن إبراهيم) (١) قال: لا يبيعه] (٢) ولا (يشتر به) (٣) طعامًا فيأكله.
Ibrahim says that neither can he sell it, nor can he buy food with it and eat it.
