Hadith 13039
١٣٠٣٩ - حدثنا الضحاك بن مخلد عن ابن جريج عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه قال: المظاهر يكفّر وإن بر.
Hazrat Tawoos narrates from his father that the one who performs zihar will give the expiation even if he is is absolved.
Hadith 13040
١٣٠٤٠ - حدثنا الضحاك عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: إذا بر المظاهر لم يكفّر.
Hazrat Ata says that when the one who performs zihar is absolved, he will not give expiation; the same is narrated from Hazrat Dhahhak.
Hadith 13041
١٣٠٤١ - وقال الضحاك: وبه نقول.
13041 - Al-Dhahhak said: And this is what we say.
