امرأة نذرت أن تعتكف في مسجد فمنعت
If a woman vows to perform i'tikaf in the mosque but is prevented
Hadith 13002
١٣٠٠٢ - حدثنا محمد بن يزيد عن أيوب أبي العلاء عن قتادة قال: أتت امرأة شريحًا فقالت: إني نذرت أن أعتكف في المسجد، وإن السلطان (يمنعني) (١)، قال: فكفري عن يمينك.
Hazrat Qatadah narrates that a woman came to Hazrat Shurayh and said, "I had vowed to perform i'tikaf in the mosque, but the king prevented me." He replied, "Pay the expiation for your oath."
Hadith 13003
١٣٠٠٣ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن حبيب عن عمرو بن هرم قال: سئل جابر بن زيد عن امرأة جعلت عليها أن تعتكف شهرًا في المسجد الجامع (فطلبها إليه) (١) (أمر) (٢) لا (تستطيع) (٣) أن (تطهر) (٤)، قال: تعتكف (في مسجد) (٥) (تأمن به) (٦).
It is narrated from Hazrat Amr bin Hurm that Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid was asked about a woman who had taken an oath to observe i'tikaf in the central mosque for a month. Then she was required for something such that she no longer had the strength to go out. He replied: When she is safe from that, she should observe i'tikaf.
