المسلم يقتل الذمي خطأ
If a Muslim accidentally kills a dhimmi (non-Muslim under Muslim protection)
Hadith 12836
١٢٨٣٦ - حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد (عن) (١) أشعث عن الحسن قال: إذا قتل المسلم الذمي فليس عليه كفارة.
Hasan says that when a Muslim kills a dhimmi, there is no expiation for him.
Hadith 12837
١٢٨٣٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان (عن قيس) (١) عن الشعبي في المسلم يقتل الذمي خطأ، قال: (كفارتهما) (٢) سواء.
Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a Muslim accidentally kills a Dhimmi, then the expiation for both is the same.
