Hadith 5314
٥٣١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا غندر عن (شعبة) (١) عن سماك بن حرب قال: قلت له كيف كان يخطب النعمان قال: كان يلمع (بيديه) (٢) قال: (وكان) (٣) الضحاك بن قيس إذا خطب ضم يده على فيه (٤).
Hazrat Shu’bah says that I asked Hazrat Simak bin Harb how Hazrat Nu’man used to deliver the sermon. He replied that he used to gesture with his hand. When Hazrat Dahhak bin Qais delivered the sermon, he used to place his hand on his mouth.
