Hadith 4484
٤٤٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (حدثنا) (١) محمد بن مصعب عن الأوزاعي عن يحيى (عن) (٢) أبي سلمة عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إِذَا لَمْ يَدْرِ أَزادَ أَمْ نَقَصَ فَلْيَسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ" (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When you forget the amount of prayer, then while sitting in the position of Tashahhud, perform two prostrations of forgetfulness (sujood as-sahw).
