Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Muhammad bin Ammarah bin Khuzaymah bin Thabit narrates that my father kept away from weapons during the Battle of Siffin and the Battle of Jamal. But when Hazrat Ammar was martyred, he drew his sword from its sheath and said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say that a rebellious group will kill Ammar." Then he fought and was martyred.
