Hadith 40258
٤٠٢٥٨ - حدثنا شبابة قال: حدثنا سليمان بن المغيرة عن حميد بن هلال قال: كان هشام بن عامر الأنصاري يرى رجالا يتخطونه إلى عمران بن حصين ⦗٣٢٣⦘ وغيره من أصحاب النبي ﷺ (فغضب وقال: واللَّه) (١) إنكم لتخطون إلى من لم يكن أحضر لرسول اللَّه ﷺ مني ولا أوعى لحديثه مني، لقد سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: "ما بين (٢) خلق آدم إلى أن تقوم الساعة فتنة أكبر من فتنة الدجال" (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Humaid bin Hilal that he said Hazrat Hisham bin Amir Ansari used to see some people going to Hazrat Imran bin Husain and other companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him). He became angry and said, "By Allah, you go to those people who were neither more present with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) than me, nor did they remember his hadiths more than I do. I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: From the creation of Adam until the establishment of the Hour, there is no greater trial than that of the Dajjal."
