٣٩٥٣٠ - قال نافع: فحدثت به عمر بن عبد العزيز فقال: هذا حد بين الصغير والكبير، فكتب إلى عماله أن يفرضوا لابن خمس عشرة في المقاتلة، ولابن أربع عشرة في الذرية.
39530 - Nafi‘ said: I related this to ‘Umar ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz, and he said: This is the distinction between the young and the adult. So he wrote to his governors to assign a share among the fighters for one who is fifteen years old, and among the dependents for one who is fourteen years old.
