٣٨٥٥٠ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن أشعث عن الشعبي والحكم عن إبراهيم (قال) (١): إن أول من فرض العطاء عمر بن الخطاب، وفرض فيه الدية كاملة (٢).
Hazrat Sha'bi and Ibrahim state that the annual stipend was first fixed by Hazrat Umar bin Khattab, and in it, the full blood money was also made obligatory.
