Hadith 36950
٣٦٩٥٠ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن العلاء عن خيثمة قال: قال عيسى بن مريم ﵇ (١): طوبى لولد المؤمن، (طوبى) (٢) (لهم) (٣) يحفظون من بعده، وقرأ خيثمة: ﴿وَكَانَ أَبُوهُمَا صَالِحًا﴾ [الكهف: ٨٢]] (٤).
Hazrat Khaythamah says: Isa ibn Maryam (peace be upon him) said: Blessedness is for the children of the believer, blessedness is for them, that even after (the believer's passing away), (because of him) they are protected. After saying this, Khaythamah recited this verse: { وَکَانَ أَبُوہُمَا صَالِحًا } And their father was a righteous man (therefore their treasure was protected).
