٣٦١٩٤ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن شعبة عن أبي رجاء قال: قلت للحسن البصري: متى عهدك بالمدينة؟ قال لي: (ما) (١) لي بها عهد بعد صفين، قال: قلت: فمتى احتلمت؟ قال: بعد صفين بعام.
Hazrat Abu Raja says that I asked Hasan Basri (may Allah have mercy on him): How long did you stay in Madinah? He replied: My connection with Madinah was severed after the Battle of Siffin. The narrator says I asked: When did you reach puberty? He (may Allah have mercy on him) replied: One year after the Battle of Siffin.
