Hadith 33798
٣٣٧٩٨ - حدثنا عبيد اللَّه عن زكريا عن عامر أنه سئل عن رجل أوصى بعتق وصدقة (و) (١) في سبيل اللَّه فقال شريح: يعطى كل واحد منهما بحصته. تم كتاب الفرائض والحمد للَّه (كما هو أهله) (٢)
Zakariya narrates that Amir was asked about a man who had made a bequest to free slaves, give charity, and spend in the way of Allah. Shurayh said that in every case, it will be given according to his share. You (should) refer to the Book of Inheritance, and all praise is due to Allah as He deserves.
