Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Yahya bin Ja'd narrates from Hazrat Umar that a man died and did not leave any 'asaba (agnatic heirs). Hazrat Umar said that his heir will be the person who used to get angry when he got angry, and his neighbor.
