Hadith 33671
٣٣٦٧١ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادًا و (أبا) (١) إياس (٢) معاوية بن قرة عن امرأة أعتقت غلاما لها ثم ماتت وتركت أباها وابنها (فقالوا) (٣): الولاء للابن.
Shu’bah says: I asked Hakam, Hammad, and Abu Iyas Mu’awiyah bin Qurrah about the woman who freed her slave, then she died and left behind her father and her son. All of them said that the wala’ (right of inheritance from the freed slave) is for the son, and Abu Iyas said in this way: the wala’ is for her offspring as long as any of them remain.
