Hadith 33667
٣٣٦٦٧ - حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: سألته عن رجل أعتق مملوكًا له (فمات) (١) ومات المولى وترك الذي أعتقه أباه وابنه، (٢) فقال إبراهيم: (لأبيه) (٣) السدس، وما بقي فهو لابنه.
Mughira reports that I asked Ibrahim about a man who emancipated his slave, then he (the emancipator) died and the freed slave also died, and the one who had freed him left behind his father and son. Ibrahim said that one-sixth of the wealth is for his father and the remainder is for his son.
