في امرأة أعتقت مملوكا (ثم مات): لمن يكون ولاؤه؟Regarding a Woman Who Frees a Slave, Then He Dies—Who Receives the Wala'?
Hadith 33664
٣٣٦٦٤ - حدثنا يحيى بن (آدم) (١) قال: ثنا مندل عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال: قال علي في (المرأة) (٢) تعتق الرجل: الولاء لولدها وولد ولدها ما بقي منهم ذكر، (فإن) (٣) انقرضوا رجع إلى عصبتها (٤).
Ibrahim reports that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the woman who frees a man, that the wala’ (right of inheritance/loyalty) is for her children and the children of her children as long as there remain males among them; when they are finished, then the wala’ will return to the ‘asaba (male agnates) of that woman.
