٣٣٦٦١ - حدثنا حميد عن حسن عن فراس عن الشعبي عن شريح في امرأة أعتقت رجلًا ثم (ماتت) (١)، قال: الولاء لولدها والعقل عليهم.
Shurayh says regarding the woman who freed a man and then died, that the right of wala’ is for her children and the blood money is upon all of them. He says that ‘Amir also used to say that the right of wala’ is for her children and the blood money is upon all of them.
