Hadith 33550
٣٣٥٥٠ - حدثنا الضحاك عن ابن جريج عن عطاء أنه قال: يرثه إذا عرف مواليه أنه ابنه، وإن (أنكر) (١) مواليه وخاصموه لم يرث.
Ibn Jurayj narrates that Hazrat Ata said: The child of adultery will be his heir if his chiefs know that he is his son, and if his mawla deny and dispute it, then he will not be the heir.
