Hadith 33549
٣٣٥٤٩ - حدثنا الضحاك بن مخلد عن ابن جريج عن ابن طاوس قال: قلت له: ما كان أبوك يقول في ولد الزنا (يعتقه) (١) مواليه أو سادته (فيستلحقه) (٢) أبوه وقد علم (مواليه) (٣) أنه ابنه؟ قال: كان يقول: لا يرث.
Ibn Jurayj says that I asked the son of Hazrat Tawus, "What did your father say about a child born of adultery who is freed by his master or his chief, and then his father acknowledges his lineage, while the masters know that he is his son?" He replied, "He (my father) used to say that he will not be an heir."
