٣٣٤٠٨ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس (عن الحسن) (١) أنه كان يورث ثلاث جدات ويقول: أيتهن كانت أقرب فهو لها دون الأخرى، فإذا (استوتا) (٢) فهو بينهما.
Yunus Hasan narrates that you used to make three grandmothers heirs and said that among them, the one who is closest will be given the wealth, not the other grandmothers, and when the grandmothers are of equal degree, the wealth will be distributed among them.
