٣٣٣٣٠ - قال أبو بكر: فهذه في قول عمر وعبد اللَّه وزيد من ثلاثة أسهم: فللجد الثلث وما بقي فللإخوة، وفي قول علي من ستة أسهم: للجد السدس سهم، وللإخوة خمسة أسهم.
33330 - Abu Bakr said: So this is, according to the statement of Umar, Abdullah, and Zayd, out of three shares: for the grandfather one third, and what remains is for the siblings; and according to the statement of Ali, out of six shares: for the grandfather one sixth, one share, and for the siblings five shares.
