Hadith 33325
٣٣٣٢٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: كتب عمر إلى عبد اللَّه بن مسعود: إنا قد خشينا أن نكون قد أجحفنا بالجد، فأعطه الثلث مع الإخوة (١).
Ibrahim narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote to Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) that I fear we have rendered the grandfather destitute, so include him with the brothers or give him one third of the wealth.
